Job description:
1.Responsible for suppliers invoices checking, verify the completeness of supporting documents.
2.Prepare and control petty cash expenses and reimbursement document.
3.Supporting to verify liquidation reports to be reconciled with cash / credit card sales for destination.
4.Responsible for control of purchase and manage office supplies, fixed assets register, contract, etc.
5.Ensure that all finance related activities are complied with internal control of the company.
6.Perform any other general office duties, as required.

Requirements:
1.BA in Accounting / Business / Finance or related fields.
2.Able to communicate in English, verbally and written
3.Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounting and tax principles
4.Knowledge of finance, accounting, tax VAT, Withholding tax principles
5.Strong knowledge on accounting software
6.High level of IT literacy and use of Microsoft office packages is essential
7.Working experience in multinational company is a plus.
8.Organized to meet tight deadlines
9.Good communication skill, high level of accuracy, sense of responsibilities, and good team player
